Опции указанные в коммандной строке имеют приоритет над опциями в
конфиге, это нормально и не приводит к разрыву связи. Более того, в
виндах и pppd несовместимые алгоритмы компрессии, в результате
соединение работает без компрессии (по крайней мере у меня).
Чтобы было ясно почему происходит разрыв, необходимо указать опцию debug
