Обычный диалап сервачок. Пингую клиента. Канал свободный.
Среднее время пинга - 300 мс !!?? Файлы же качаются на ура -3.5-4 Кбайт/с.
Делаю для себя выкладку. Пинг = 84 байт -> примерно 800 бит
1) от мультипортовки до модема - 115200 бит/с = 7 мс
2) от модема до модема - 33600 бит/с = 23 мс
3) от модема до клиента - 57600 бит/с = 14 мс
Всего 44 мс. Помножаем на 2 - туда+обратно - получается что время пинга
в этих условиях должно быть порядка 88 мс.
С учетом всяких задержек - порядка 100-120 мс.
У меня же получается в 3 раза больше.
1) Где и/или как можно посмотреть - почему столь большое время пинга ?
2) Какое обычное значение времени пинга на ваших диалап-серваках ?
