hwclock --systohc
Устанавливает время аппаратных часов в соответсвии со временем в ОС.
У меня на сервере через cron вызывается каждую ночь
/usr/sbin/ntpdate server 2>&1 >/var/log/ntpdate; /sbin/hwclock --systohc
В качестве сервера времени лучше использовать NTP сервер своего провайдера.
