Дублирую письмо.
Настроено всё для Megafon. Т.е. для билайна сменить имя, пароль и APN.
Поправить ссылку на /dev/modem, либо симлинк /dev/modem переставить на
что-от.
ifup ppp0 - нАчать
ifdown ppp0 - кончить
