А еще, неплохо бы, PCI Latency Patch (можно поискать в яндексе или в гугле).
VIA - чипсеты глючат под виндой с PCI устройствами. Сам мучался на
Soltec SL-75DRV.
После установки патча, звуковуха (SBLive 5.1) работала более-менее
нормально, а TV-tuner - как повезет при загрузке.
Весит патч - около 20КБ.
