Трабл известный.
Связан с тем, что уровни сигналов у 3Com отличаются от
"стандартных". Поэтому, если на другом конце шнурка не 3com,
- не срабатывает автоопределение скорости/дуплексности.
Вернее срабатывает не каждый раз. Правда это не только
у 3com ...
Лечится жесткой установкой на обоих концах дуплексности/скорости
