Во-первых, обязательно убрать vga (см. "(II) Setting vga for screen 0." в XFree86.log).
Во-вторых, поставить "DefaultColorDepth" в 16 или 24.
В-третьих, заменить "Load "/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libglx.so"" на "Load "glx"" (насколько я помню именно так рекомендует NVidia).
В-четвертых, убедиться, что загружен модуль NVidia-kernel в modules.conf
В-пятых, можно поиграться с agpgart. (см. документацию на сайте NVidia)
В-шестых, Acorp не самая удачная мама (не знаю как там на i815e, а на kt133 были проблемы с agp). Иногда помогает обновление биоса (было на Soltek'е из-за глюков с agp).
