Да, именно так. Fetchmail забирает почту из настоящего ящика (ящиков) и
отдает Постфиксу. Тот с помощью MDA (это будет или procmail, или
maildrop) складывает в локальные ящики. Если MDA - maildrop, то можно
будет организовать IMAP shared folders. Для maildrop в качестве
IMAP-сервера надо использовать CourierIMAP, для procmail - uw-imap.
Когда пользователи будут отсылать почту во внешний мир, преобразовывать
их внутренние адреса в реальные с помощью таблицы canonical в Postfix.
