Добрый день!
Просьба к владельцам мат. плат на VIA KT400, особенно ASUS A7V8X-X.
Интересует вывод команды
hdaparm -i /dev/hd<x>
для современных жестких дисков поддерживающих udma4 или udma5
(ATA66 и ATA100). Дело в том, что иногда hdparm не может
правильно отобразить информацию об этих старших udma модах.
Например на ASUS A7V8X-X hdparm -i /dev/hda даёт
/dev/hda:

хотя жесткий диск поддерживает udma5 и успешно в этом
режиме работает.
Хочется понять кто "виноват" - ядро, мама/чипсет или
сама hdparm.
Буду благодарен за любую информацию.
