Пытался поиграться в BIOS настройками AGP aperture size ставил от 4Mb до 256Mb. Не помогло.

Да машина та же самая менялась только видеокарта.

Если видеокарта AGP 4x, то в BIOS можно выбирать 2x или 4x. А вот если видеокарта 8x, 
То она блокируется и поменять ничего нельзя. :(
