Скорее всего -- нет.
Сделайте по образу запускного файла самого kylix'а запускной файл своего
приложения (это скрипт).
Теоретически этого достаточно.
Если приложение работает с БД -- соответствующие библиотеки.
Для libgds.so (Interbase\Firebird) гарантированно еще нужно создать линк
libcrypt.so
