У меня была абсолютно аналогичная проблема - тв-тюнер определяется,
звуковуха нет. Звуковуха у меня SB Live! Я долго не мог понять, почему
так, пока не догадался вытащить тв-тюнер и инсталлировать систему заново.
Так вот, имеет место такой факт - при установке системы со звуковухой и
тюнером ВМЕСТЕ тюнер определяется, звуковуха нет. При установке системы
БЕЗ тюнера звуковуха определяется. Тюнер можно вставить потом.
Три раза проверял - факт имеет место быть. Почему так, не знаю.
Попробуйте вытащить тюнер и установить систему заново. Скорее всего,
будет как у меня.
