1. lircd.conf и lircmd.conf возми из /usr/share/doc/lirc-0.6.6/remotes
для своего девайса
2. /dev/lirc, /dev/lircd, /dev/lircm у юзера должны быть права на запись
(должен быть в группе lirc)

~/.lircrc пишется ручками
