Когда я под МДК9.1 работал в utf-8 я просто сделал alias для вызова МС с
другой локалью (и язык заодно английский). Так же и LyX.
Потом правда вернулся на КОИ - оказалось, что при utf-8 шрифты почему-то
очень хреново выглядят. Мистика, какая-то. Один и тот же шрифт
(майкрософтовский times, например) - а с разной локалью выглядит по разному.
