Доброе время суток!
На сайте www.mozilla.ru скачал
mozilla-1.3-i686-pc-linux-gnu-ruRU-ALT5.tar.gz.
Далее распаковал его в /usr/local/src и дал следующие команды,
вычитанные из книжки:
> [root@localhost root]# mc
> [root@localhost mozilla]# ./configure
> bash: ./configure: No such file or directory
> [root@localhost mozilla]# make
> make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
> [root@localhost mozilla]# make install
> make: *** No rule to make target `install'. Stop.
>
> [root@localhost mozilla]# make all
> make: *** No rule to make target `all'. Stop.
> [root@localhost mozilla]# ./mozilla
> ./mozilla-bin: error while loading shared libraries:
> libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file
> or directory
> [root@localhost mozilla]# ./mozilla-installer command
> bash: ./mozilla-installer: No such file or directory
> [root@localhost mozilla]#
Как видно ни чего не получилось. rpm-build установлен(версии 4.0.4-alt14).
Что не так? Заранее благодарен за подробные ответы.

Это бинарный тарбол, для сборки надо скачать исходники с mozilla.org.
