Да никак не влияет при отправке. Просто в заголовке письма будет
прописан несуществующий хост. При попытке ответить на такое
письмо с "левым" именем домена podana.ru
отправитель получит сообщение об ошибке от своего
SMTP сервера.
За таким именем хоста не будет закреплен реальный IP адрес
и он не будет прописан на DNS серверах.
Хорошее средство маскировать свой реальный почтовый адрес
при рассылке спама. ;-)
