Эх... если бы все было так просто. Это я уже делал, и
неоднократно. Не помогает. А в какой _конкретно_ момент это надо
делать? То есть, грубо говоря, сначала удалить его, а потом
сделать hwclock --hctosys, или наоборот?
(у меня уже отчаянная мысль сделать rm /etc/adjtime в rc.sysinit ;-)
