Если дискета в FAT32, то ищите старые Norton Utilities, там была
утилита unerase.exe под линуком насколько мне известно утилит для
востановления данных на FAT32 нет, если не считать конечно
программ вроде досового diskedit'a, но чтобы востанавливать файлы
с их помощью нужно хорошо знать структуру файлововой системы.
Вот только причем тут community? Вопрос скорее в виндовую рассылку.
