Процедура заказа такова:
!!! Необходимо зарегистрироваться у них на сайте.
Заходишь на technet, выбираешь Download Oracle9iAS.
На странице Oracle 9iAS Software Download выбираешь ссылку Product Software.
На следующей странице в пункте 6 Oracle9iAS Enterprice Edition выбираешь
ссылку NT/2000.
Соглашаешься с лицензией (ставь галочки напротив всех пунктов) и жми "I
Accept"
На странице "Oracle9iAS Release 2 downloads for Windows" жмешь на "Try
Online" (внизу страницы).
На следующей странице жмешь на ссылку "Click here" под надписью
Welcome......
Дальше я думаю разберешся сам.
