Извиняюсь за возможный оффтопик, но уже не знаю где спросить.
Наложил я на ядро 2.4.20 (с kernel.org) патч OpenMosix. После этого
выдрал из патча ac2 все что отвечает за включение UDMA на ICH4. Все
наложилось и скомпилилось. Что интересно - и заработало (по крайней мере
кластер работает).
Но обнаружилась одна проблема - в "/proc" появилось два каталога "ide".
В одном из них находяться файлы "drivers" и "piix", а в другом,
насколько я понял (проверить не могу, т.к. не получается в него зайти) -
"/proc/ide/hdX" с информацией об ide устройствах. Сам попробовал найти
место где может быть регистрация этих каталогов, но ничего не нашел.
Кто-нибудь может подсказать - в какую сторону рыть? IDE подсистему я
вроде-бы пропатчил полностью, "proc_misc.c" тоже.
