Я сис. админ.
Администрирую офисную сеть с Linux сервером.
Сейчас столкнулся с необходимостью документировать свои действия для
начальства. Например ставлю сервер: начальнику на подпись бумага, где
указано время установки, список предполагаемых сервисов и полученные в
итоге возможности. Плюс ко всему должна быть бумажка регламентирующая
действия пользователей. Что-нибудь вроде: "храните свои файлы на
сервере, не проливайте чай на клаву....".
Насколько я понимаю в крупных организациях IT-отделы так и работают, но
лично у меня нет подобного опыта, поэтому хотелось бы узнать мнение
других сисадминов. Еще может кто подкинет ссылки на документацию по
этому вопросу? Хорошо бы иметь рыбы подобных документов. Просто все это
можно написать и самому, но намного проще иметь под рукой уже готовые
примеры.
