Вероятно у вас издание с дефектными кадрами. Нечто подобное я
получил при копировании avi с расколотого диска: скопировалось,
вроде бы, нормально, но при проигрывании либо подвисает, либо
несет всякую ахинею типа "недостаточно ресурсов" на PIII-800 с
полугигом памяти
