К счастью, ;) с кодексом не знаком.
А в документе у меня вот такое:
{\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1251\
ручные манипуляции, к сожалению, результата не дали.
Короче, такое впечатление, что есть некоторая недоработка то ли в
формате РТФ, то ли в алгоритме его обработки ОО.
