Из последнего анонса по безопасности, у меня
сложилось впечатление, что изменился адрес
обновлений к Мастеру. Это так?
Что сейчас должно стоять в списке источников apt?

Появился ещё один ftp-сервер, специально предназначенный только для
обновлений. Есть основание полагать, что он не будет перегружен даже
тогда, когда будет большая нагрузка на основном ftp-сервере.
Разумеется, на прежнем месте обновления тоже есть.
