Да собственно так же. Создать этот самый КД.
Причем можно и ядро до создания свое создать и на
него положить. Где-то я такое видел. Но где,
сейчас, не помню.
"Собираете" свой диск. Делаете образ, записываете
как загружаемый. Но, детально не объясню, т.к.
пока не пробовал.
