Какие документы вы имеете в виду? Созданные в Word 6.0/95 ?

OOo работает в UniCode, ему до лампочки локаль.

Существенные сдвиги оформления могут происходить из-за того, что
шрифты на вашей машине не соответствуют шрифтам на той машине,
на которой создавался документ.

Если это plain text - то при открытии файла выбрать тип - текст
кодированный, указать кодировку.
Если это старые вордовые файлы (Word95), то использовать макросы
перекодировки.

Как заставить ОО понимать документы в кодировке cp1251 ??? какие шрыфты надо
добавить? локаль стоит кои8р. ОО из альта 2.1
ОО мне нравится, но из-за некорректного отбражения некоторых документов
приходится видовым офисом пользоваться... Может дело не в ОО? Может чего
другое надо покрутить?
