Здравствуйте!
Уже дважды сталкиваюсь с такой проблемой на разных нашинах с 512 Mb ОЗУ.
Когда ОЗУ исчерпывается, т.е. свободно остается около 5М, любые
программы при попытке их запустить говорят bash: fork: Resource
temporarily unaviable. При попытке подключиться через виртуальную
консоль выдается то же сообщение. При этом под своп отведено (и это
видно через top) около 1Гб, но он совершенно не используется.
Как заставить систему использовать своп?
