Именно сменить? У Вас здесь несколько gid (идентификатор группы),
и соответственно несколько групп. Если нужно убрать все группы и
сменить их на одну (не вижу смысла), делается это в /etc/group.
Если нужно добавить пользователя в группу wheel(10), делается это
там же.

Это не совсем к документации, это основы - надо книжку по UNIX
добыть. В man id упоминаются группы, и в man group уже всё расписано.
