Евгений, ну уж Вы то знаете, что Президиум -- не Академия.
Думаю, что по распространенности Unices можно составить примерное
представление о состоянии научных исследований в том или другом
институте РАН.
И с этой точки зрения есть основания не впадать в полное уныние.
