Да, отключен. ДОСовской утилитой с дискеты в комплекте с картой я
перевел из PNP-mode в jumperless-mode и выставил ioports=0x300 и irq=5.

Не понял. Что значит "не от одного производителя"?
У меня одна карта PCI - COMPEX RE100TX,
а вторая ISA - BOCA BEN400.

Тогда у Вас все правильно... А она вообще исправна?
А то уменя была одна с похожими симптомами - даже пинговалась снутри,
а оказалась жженой (после четырех часов моей борьбы с ней прежний
хозяин признался).
