Как помнится лечится это конфигурацией user mode - режим просмотра
документа. Установите в нем все русские шрифты и, если русский
отображается квадратиками, переключайтесь между author mode и user
mode - это делается одной кнопкой на панели (не помню сходу какой,
там где картинки выключать можно).
