Этот баг был очень давно, еще до нового года и тогда же
исправлен. Там в KDE кой чо не корректно работало. Странно что
он у Вас сейчас вылез :-\
А Вы чем обновлялись, apt или rpm??

Попробуйте через
# apt-get dist-upgrade
обновиться.
Да, кстати, подобные вопросы лучше в Sisyphus, поскольку пакеты
в большинстве своем оттуда ;-)
