Ну аглицким же написано - хост не нашел :-)
что у Вас с DNS творится?
Скажите:
nslookup kuszn.mtcnet.ru
и посмотрите что да как.
Так что это не postfix дурит, а DNS.
P.S.
Кстати, у меня этот хост то же не резольвится - одно из двух, либо его не существует, либо он
невиден на резольв из внешних сетей.
