В связи с нехваткой места очистил (на CD) один ДОСовский (в смысле -
FAT) раздел (2ГБ),
затем в parted (1.4.10) задал mkfs /dev/hdb6 ext2. [Ну не знаю я какие
опции (особенно - числовые) надо/желательно/оптимально указывать для
mkfs, а parted, вроде их не особо и требует - сама знает? А man mkfs, ну
очень в этом невнятен - для меня, по крайней мере.]
parted чуть поурчала, заявила что закончила, но сообщила, что надо
перезагрузиться.
Перезагрузились. С учетом изменного fstab вхожу - раздел пуст, только
/lost+found.
Начинаю копировать оглавление (в mc) - вдруг mc радует меня красным
сообщением:
"Внутренняя ошибка" / "No mor virtual file handles"
Да так основательно, что виснет и никак не вырубается. Приходится с
другой виртуалки срубать.
При работе вручную (cp -r dir1 dir2) начинают вываливаться сообщения
(после длиннейших выдач) вида:
"File name too long". А закончила радостным "Input/output error".
Для ясности: происхождение копируемого каталога - в него wget-ом качаю
по ночам для офф-лайнового просмотра файлы. Благо РОЛ20 ночью бесплатен.
В общем воля Ваша, но где-то тут налицо хомут - или в wget, или в cp/mc
или в (не пинайте!) в самой системе.
Ну не должен быть результат работы не особо "системной" программы (wget)
оказываться нечитаемым для одной из базовых программ/команд (cp)
системы.
Да, кстати, du показал, что в СКОПИРОВАННОМ (с ошибками) каталоге объем
файлов заметно больше, чем в оригинальном. При том, что объем самой
партиции вдвое меньше. Так что parted оказалась не шибко оптимальной,
что-ли?
