Хм.. А Вы уверены, что проблема именно в LILO? Можете
сделать загрузочную дискету под текущее состояние и
грузануться с нее?
И откуда Вы брали тот загрузчик с которого начались проблемы?
Пробовали поставить назад родной с КД?
