Да собс-но г-ря, без первой команды, вторая бессмыслена.
Сперва дождитесь выполнения первой или поймите почему она не
проходит. А перед ней еще рекомендуется, закоментарив апт-у
выход И-нет, выполнить проверку целостности Вашей системы.
Навести в ней порядок. И лиш затем, обновляться.
