Опять поднимаю эту тему, может кому интересно.
Все решилось как нельзя лучше.
На сайте LTSP нашел ссылки на http://www.wilisystem.com и
http://www.rdesktop.org. И как это сразу не заметил :) ?
Это клиент(GPL) для доступа к терминал серверу по протоколу RDP,
таким образом Citrix можно не ставить (экономия ~10000$ :) )
Проблем с переключением клавиатуры на этом клиенте нет.
К тому же для особо нервных пользователей, которым нужен только
win, удаленную загрузку можно настроить так, в финале запустятся
X и rdesktop - полная иллюзия работы под оффтопиком.
Кстати, хочу отметить, что на хороших машинах удаленная загрузка
проходит очень быстро - примерно 14 секунд от окончания тестирования
BIOS до приглашения войти в систему. Вот только пока не определился
с нижним классом машин для такой работы.
