Все ясно, даю 90% что у Вас снесло kdebase :-))
Лечится просто -
apt-get update
apt-get check
и если нет ругательств:
apt-get install kdebase
Должно помоч :-)
skip.
А в предь внимательно смотрите на предупреждения apt-get о его
намерениях удалить что либо важное, и если он об этом сообщает,
то лучше отказаться и обновлять требуемые компоненты по очереди,
следя за тем, что бы не удалялось нужное.
