ИМХО - никак :-/
Это уже обсуждалось неоднократно. Данный метод дает только 60Гц
или вообще интерлейст (794 если не ошибаюсь), поскольку
пользуется стандартными средствами видюхи в рамках VESA. Увы :-(
Народ поднимал частоту, но не через использование fb а
прикомпиляя модули для конкретных видюх, в частности
NVidia(проверено - работает) и ATI(теоретически может работать).
Ну Вы и сами вспомните - Вам когда нибудь где нибудь удавалось
сделать больше 60Гц используя стандартный и одинаковый для всех
SVGA драйвер или X ?? Все, что выше 60Гц получается только если
софтина, реализующая видеорежим, знает особенности данной видюхи
и умеет их использовать. А fb ни о чем таком понятия не имеет,
только VESA.
