Приключалось :-/ На i815, будь он неладен! На других чипсетах и видюхах
такого не было.
У Вас часом не такой же чипсет?
Лечится путем замены X из дистра на X от Intel, у них на сайте выложен с
весьма подробным хелпом. К сожалению там приходится перекомпилять
agpgart.o а он там только под ядра 2.2.x выложен, да и сам X версии
3.3.6, не держит более 16bpp и не тянет ускорение. Однако в сочетании с
многочисленными окошками Вари показал себя очень стабильным! А его
ограничения для стандартной десктопной тачки совершенно несущественны.
