Да, когда работает apt, rpm ничего не делает. Так что тут
дело не в $subj.
В связи с этим вопрос: а можно ли как-нибудь сделать так,
чтобы apt не блокировал дейсвия rpm, которые не модифицируют
базу, например, rpm -q или rpm -b? Или я чего-то не понимаю?
