Здравствуйте!
Заметил такую странность в draknet: если при настройке
интернет-соединения ввести телефонный номер с `W' для ожидания
гудка (скажем, P8W-322-223-32-23), то этот символ `W' из номера
почему-то выбрасывается :-( , что можно обнаружить заглянув в
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/chat-ppp0.

Все действительно так. Потому и настраивать надо руками, а не дракнетом.
Или, на худой конец, после его работы проверять все файлы настроек.
