Есть тестовая машинка, серверок DELL PE 1550 с двухканальным RAID AMI
MegaRAID какой-то там. стоят три винта по 18 пятым левелом. Есть раздел
под w2k на 20G и утилити партиция на 32М. Хочу на оставщееся место
постаить Линух. Вставляю ЦД с оСпрингом, все замечательно все видим и
мегарэйд и адаптек все воспринимаем все класно. Доходим до разбиения
дисков - упс, свободного места 7М (хотя на самом деле 14Г). В чем может
быть дело, что надо делать и т.д. и т.п.

ЗЫ. Кто-нибудь строил кластера на рабочих станциях, может есть
где-нибудь в сети впечатления?
И вообще, может завести где нибудь (м.б. на Альтлинуксе :-) страничку по
обмену опытом?
