Здравствуйте!
Не сочтите за offtopic, но больше обратиться просто не к кому.
Вот прошло уже три недели с того дня, как я заказал
в linux-online снапшот Сизифа с последующим обновлением.
Пришло от них письмо с подтверждением приема заказа. На
следующий день я этот заказ оплатил. И до сих пор _ничего_
не произошло :((((
Два раза писал на support@linux-online.ru с просьбой сообщить
состояние моего заказа. "А вответ - тишина". Прямо /dev/null
какой-то, а не support. :( Хоть ответили бы, что "ваше письмо
получили, выясняем..." А еще пишут на сайте про свой сервис,
типа, пишите на support@..., разберемся....
А теперь, собственно, вопрос. Знает ли кто нибудь контактный
телефон Linux-Online Support Team? И если знает, не поделится ли
им по большому секрету :) ?.. Ведь он у них наверняка есть,
только вот на сайте его нет... Неправильно это...
