Это вылечим. Уверен, что вы обновляли систему через apt-get или ручками.
Дело в том, что DrakConf, точнее printerdrake в данном случае,
при каждом запуске запускает urpmi с запросом поставить cups-drivers.
Вот этот самый urpmi и портит всю обедню - циклится. А ведь должен бы
сазать, что всё уже установлено.
Посему лечение временное: после "зависания" printerdrake заходим
в терминальчик, говорим killall urpmi и счастливо лицезреем
новообретенный printerdrake.
Лечение постоянное: чистим нафиг все конфиги и базы данных urpmi
в /etc/urpmi чтоб было ему неповадно.
