Хм, вот видимо ошибка :( LPT-порт можеть мыть токо 378, 3e8 и 2e8 по 
моему, но уж никак не 0x3bc, если порт у вас LPT1, то попробуйте 
написать port 0x378

здесь он пишет, что не может найти сканер :(  (см ниже)

вот тут он отваливается... из-за неправльного адреса порта...

эти две строки говорят, что name и vendor допустимы только после 
параметра port, и модифицируют его :)
