Я не еще не видел ни одного чайника, который смог бы сам
правильно поставить и наладить себе винды, и уж тем более
починить их после слета, а не тупо переинсталлировать.
Каждый раз это делает либо корпоративный админ в оффисе, либо
этому чайнику помогает какойнть кореш, гораздо более сведующий в
этом деле.
Так что отсутствие админа на виндах - это иллюзия. Просто людей,
способных худо-бедно администрить винды сейчас много, а вот
спецов того же класса на Линухе маловато пока.
