Проблема осталась, после ротации логов апач не может перезапуститься.
apachectl restart >/dev/null
Всё это ночью происходит и очень не приятно.
Из командной строки всё нормально.

Может, apachectl restart >/dev/null 2>&1 ? Можно еще полный путь
прописать, для уверенности.
