Сразу так не скажешь, многое зависит от текущего состояния Вашей
системы.
На сколько я помню Вы сидите на достаточно тонком канале и разом
много слить не можете.
Попробуйте apt-get, он Вам вывалит списочек пакетов, которые
необходимо обновить, срисуйте его, утяните эти пакеты любым
удобным способом, и счастливого апгрейда через "rpm -Uvh
<бааальшой_список_пакетов>"
