НИ-ФИ-ГА!
Именно так и делал.
Потом шел на третью тачку, говорил хачу новый сетевой принтер,
указывал на самбовый сервер, где уже заготовлены и принтер и
print$ с соответствующим содержимым... и драйвера на локальную NT
тачку не_наливаются. она ставит себе принтер с нулевым драйвером,
при попытке поюзать громко матерится и предлагает поставить
драйвер из дистрибутива или еще откудато...
